Given that are products are priced reasonably we do not accept returns. Your experience

Order Cancellation/Refund policy

 You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order.
 Upon cancelling your full order, you will receive a full refund to your method of
payment within 3 business days.
 Upon partial cancellation of your order, you will receive the refund for the
cancelled items within 3 business days.
 If any of your orders are cancelled by Elidi due to unforeseen circumstances, we
will notify you by email and refund the full value within 2 working days
