Elidi Collections understand the need for delivering your orders on time and in top condition. We
deliver your orders through a large network of couriers and are currently delivering only in India.

Shipping
All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 7-15 business days. Orders will not
be shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are expecting a high volume of
orders shipments may be delayed by a few days. In case of any delay we will notify you by
email.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct.
We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to
correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have
provided an incorrect shipping address.

Undeliverable Orders


Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are
subject to a nominal restocking fee determined by us. Resending of such orders will be subject to
additional courier charges which have to be paid upfront by customers.
Lost/Stolen Packages
Elidi Collections will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information
states that your package was delivered to address and you have not received it, please report to
the local authorities.
Goods lost in transit
If an order is lost in transit, the entire order amount including shipping costs will be refunded.
COD policy
Cash on delivery service is not available in India.

International Shipping Policy
Currently we deliver orders inside India only, but we will be commencing international delivery
very shortly.
